Hold a yoga class at your office

Help to ease off lower back pain and improve focus by holding regular yoga classes at your office. You and your colleagues will benefit from taking some valued timeout to de stress, re energise and stretch. 

We come to you for a regular yoga class held on site. Upon booking we will talk you through what space will we need to hold the class to make it a success.

All exercises can be modified for injuries and levels of experience and fitness whether low or high. Our experienced instructors are well practiced with teaching all bodies.  Keeping the class inclusive and ensuring everyone is getting something and that no one is left behind. 

We ask all your colleagues to wear clothes appropriate for a yoga/pilates class, so clothes they can move easily and feel comfortable in. We also ask that participants provide their own yoga mats to help prevent the spread of covid -19 and hygiene purposes.
