Do you struggle to get yourself going in the mornings? Exercising in the mornings is proven to help not only wake up the body but also the mind. The wake up well sessions are designed to do just that full of gentle stretches to ease yourself into the day along with energising and uplifting movement. Join me on zoom every morning at 7.30am GMT Monday to Friday. Screens can be on our off ( so you can roll out of bed and take part) and you just need clothes you can move well in.
