I have never done a pilates class and haven’t done any exercise for a while. I was feeling a little nervous about it. Laura was very reassuring leading up to the first class, she explained what the format would be, what to bring and wear. The class was fantastic, she is a superb instructor, she always reminds us of our breathing throughout. The movements we do can be adapted for all abilities Laura helps us find the best way for each of us. I have a lot to learn but I feel I can do it with her. I would highly reccommend these classes.
