The Sunday sanctuary is an online retreat. An evening of deep relaxation, reflection and acceptance. Winding down the week gone and recharging ready for the week ahead.
- A mindful movement class lead by Form and Flow Pilates aimed to stretch and release tension held deep in the body. To help you wind down ready for a good nights sleep
- Easy breathing techniques to help calm your nervous system and calm your mind
- Journalling and reflection exercises to reflect on the week gone and prepare for the week ahead
- Meditation on self love, acceptance and reflection lead by Holly from My kind of mind.
