Pilates and Barre classes in Banbury

I am pleased to announce that as of September 2020 classes at North Oxfordshire academy can return in a safe covid secure environment. Classes are held every Tuesday evening in the main hall at North Oxfordshire Academy, Banbury. Barre 7:00 - 7:50

Ballet inspired fitness class to push and challenge your body. This high energy class helps tone and sculpt long lean muscles using a mix of ballet, pilates, HITT and yoga. No dance experience required and suitable for anyone who wants to give it a try. Maximum of 12 per class so pre booking your space is essential.

Pilates and Stretch 8:00-8:50

Suitable for all levels. This calming and relaxing class helps you to gain more flexibility, mobility and some tranquility. Helping you ease tired muscles, rebalance your body and mind and wind down for a good nights sleep. Maximum of 12 per class so pre booking your space early is essential.

What to bring to class

  • Wear comfortable clothes you can move easily in
  • Bare feet or grippy pilates socks to be worn
  • Please bring your own yoga mat
  • A small towel should you need one
  • Water
