Pilates and Stretch
Suitable for all levels. This calming and relaxing class helps you to gain more flexibility, mobility and some tranquility. Helping you ease tired muscles, rebalance your body and mind and wind down for a good nights sleep. Maximum of 12 per class
Ballet inspired fitness class to push and challenge your body. This high energy class helps tone and sculpt long lean muscles using a mix of ballet, pilates, HITT and yoga. No dance experience required and suitable for anyone who wants to give it a try.
Beginner Pilates - slow and steady
A slow paced beginners class allows you to reconnect with your body with gentle toning exercises and mobility and flexibility work. Maximum of 12 per class.
In this dynamic class we work on building core strength and total body toning. Its faster paced than the other classes and we work towards more challenging programs. Whilst everyone can try this class, some level of fitness and mobility is required. Maximum of 12 per class.

What to bring to class
- Wear comfortable clothes you can move easily in
- Bare feet or grippy pilates socks to be worn
- Please bring your own yoga mat
- A small towel should you need one
