Hold regular pilates classes on site at your office
Improve posture, core strength, flexibility, and boost your mood with a regular practice of pilates.
Our pilates sessions allow you and your colleagues a chance to get away from your desk, stretch out tight muscles caused from sitting for a prolonged period of time under the watchful eye of one of our expert instructors. All we need is a space big enough to roll the mats out.
We come to you for a regular pilates class held on site. Upon booking we will talk you through the space we need to hold the class. All exercises can be modified for injuries and levels of experience and fitness whether low or high. Our experienced instructors are well practiced with teaching all bodies, keeping the class inclusive and ensuring that no one is left behind.
We ask all your colleagues to wear clothes appropriate for a yoga/pilates class, so clothes they can move easily and feel comfortable in. We also ask that participants provide their own yoga mats to help prevent the spread of covid -19 and hygiene.
