How it works

The beauty of my membership is the way each class gently flows to the next, supporting a gradual build up of strength in body and mind along with a comprehensive Pilates repertoire. This approach makes it easy to follow and notice the improvements that you make along the way, when you follow the Year of pilates program. 

 Each month is centred around a theme which is perfectly blended into the classes, giving you focus and direction. 

On the first day of each month new material becomes available for you to enjoy at your leisure. All existing content will be available to you for the duration of your Core Collective membership allowing you to revisit favourite classes time and time again.

As well as the year of pilates program, you also gain access to a library of other workouts and programs listed below. 

What are the classes like?

Classes are centred on creating a balanced body through flexibility, realignment, increased mobility and gentle toning for a sculpted, stronger supple body. Using Pilates experience and knowledge, we provide a sanctuary for you to clear your minds re-energise and embrace being in your own skin.

Classes are easy to follow, low impact and accessible for all levels. They are around 20- 45 minutes in length.

A year of pilates program-  Go from beginner to better

Pilates for better posture course

Pilates for non specific back pain series

Beginner level workouts

Intermediate level workouts

A library of healthy recipes


Who is it for?

All levels of fitness can benefit from this program. Modifications are always given on exercises so no one is left behind. I carefully select exercises and stretches that can be achieved at any level whatever your goal and ability may be.

 Please note, this program is not suitable for pregnant women, nor people with serious heart conditions. You should always consult your Doctor or relevant medical professional before undertaking a new exercise regime.

Pilates is an exercise system that incorporates mind, body and spirit. In your body you will start start to improve core strength, posture, flexibility and mobility. Mentally pilates helps reduce stress, give you more energy and confidence, improve sleep and have a better sense of wellbeing.

How much does it cost?

By participating in the Form and Flows pilates classes and E courses you understand that is a risk of injury associated with participating, By participating you assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses and damages that incur while participating. You waive all claims against Form and Flow, its instructors, or partners of individually or otherwise, for any and all injuries, claims or damages that you might incur.
