Month Seven – Stretch and Strengthen
Flexibility is something pretty much all my clients ask for help with. Having what I call everyday flexibility helps reduce the risk of injury, helps improve athletic performance, relaxes you and makes you feel great. In lesson one I explain the different types of stretching and why each type is important for healthy muscles. Then as the videos go on we explore different accessible stretching routines that can be achieved at any level.
For these videos you may need a thera band, yoga strap or a soft belt to aid you into some of the stretches.
