MONTH ONE - BEGIN
Welcome to month one. This month we are stripping it back to basics, honing our technique and becoming aware of our bodies and where they are at. Each video explores the fundamentals of pilates whilst gradually building strength and repertoire knowledge. To help lead you to a more stronger, leaner supple body. Each video is around 45 minutes in length. You have unlimited access to the videos so you can go back and watch them as many times as you want.
30 MINUTE BEGINNERS STRETCH
Enjoy this easy to follow stretch class. Add it on to the end of a pilates class or other workout you may have done. Always ensure you are warm and listen to your body whilst stretching and most importantly relax.
