Pilates at your desk

Release tense neck and shoulders as you learn pilates inspired exercises that can be done whilst at your desk. Learn easy to do exercises to improve posture and help banish back ache. Available in person or online.

Reset and stretch with our seated desk yoga workshop. Including seated stretches incorporated with meditations to do at your desk.  Available in person or online.

Stretch and Relax

Stretch and relax with Pilates. Focused on improving posture, releasing shoulder tension and finding mobility in the spine. The stretch and relax workshop rebalances the muscles and joints that are compromised from a sitting behind a desk. This is a full body mat work workshop available online or in person.

Clear your mind and find balance with our yoga and meditation workshop. We encourage your team to slow down and take part in a full body gentle yoga class, before we finish with a meditation to completely relax the body and mind. Our calm workshop is available in person and online.
