I’m Laura, founder of Form and Flow pilates. From a young age, I have always had a passion for movement health and fitness. After leaving school, I trained and worked as a professional dancer. Working internationally (and for a few famous faces) for over 10 years. I now live in the beautiful Oxfordshire, UK. I am trained in classical mat pilates, reformer pilates and barre.
My dance experience really influences my style of teaching. Helping you to become strong yet graceful. Wether you join my classes online or in person I strive to make you feel relaxed and at ease. Comforted that you will be assisted as you work with your body to a pace that suits you.

About Form and Flow
I created Form and Flow pilates with three principles in mind, honesty, realness and peace. I wanted to create real exercise classes for real people. Workouts that will challenge you physically and mentally yet still attainable and achievable. Classes where a beginner would feel welcome and instantly at ease. Yet also a more advanced student would feel they pushed themselves. Thats why I love pilates, it truly is for everyone.
My main focuses in classes is alignment, mobility and flexibility. I want for you to feel taller and move more freely after my class.
