I’m Laura, founder of Form and Flow pilates. From a young age, I have always had a passion for movement, health and fitness. After leaving school, I trained and worked as a professional dancer. Working internationally (and for a few famous faces) for over 10 years. I now live in the beautiful Oxfordshire, UK. I am trained in classical mat pilates, reformer pilates and barre.
My dance experience really influences my style of teaching. Helping you to become strong yet graceful. Wether you join my classes online or in person I strive to make you feel relaxed and at ease. Comforted that you will be assisted as you work with your body to a pace that suits you.
