I’m Laura, founder of Form and Flow pilates. From a young age, I have always had a passion for movement, health and fitness. After leaving school, I trained and worked as a professional dancer. Working internationally (and for a few famous faces) for over 10 years. I now live in the beautiful Warwickshire, UK. I am trained in classical mat pilates, reformer pilates, pre/post natal pilates and barre.
My dance experience really influences my style of teaching. Helping you to become strong yet graceful. Wether you join my classes online or in person I strive to make you feel relaxed and at ease. Comforted that you will be assisted as you work with your body to a pace that suits you.
If you’d like to find out any more information you can always pop me an email. I look forward to hearing from you firstname.lastname@example.org
